Für den Fall, dass ein Telefon defekt ist, soll der Benutzer des Telefons wie folgt vorgehen:

- Hörercheck: Hörer austauschen (von einem funktionierenden Nachbar-Telefon). Falls das Problem nicht am Telefonhörer liegt dann nächster Schritt:

- Telefoncheck: Komplettes Telefon austauschen durch ein funktionierendes Telefon (Nachbar). Bitte darauf achten, dass das Telefon an der gleichen Anschluss-Dose angeschlossen wird.

Falls Hörer und/oder Telefon (Hardware) defekt ist kann dieses bei PP&B ausgetauscht werden. Andernfalls bitte den IT-Ansprechpartner der Abteilung informieren. Dieser kann dann mit PP&B eine Problembeseitigung klären.

For the case, that a Telephone is broken or not working normally, the user of the telephone should proceed as described:

- Crosstest: Exchange the Listener of the Phone with the Listener of another Phone. If the problem persists then:

- Telephonecheck: Exchange the not working Telephone with a Telephone that is working. Please note, that the Telephone needs to be connected to the same Jack.

If the problem persists, then please get in contact with the IT-Responsible and give him the information of the broken phones with this information:

- Telephone-number

- Connected/used telephone wall jack (port) (like C.1.0.4)

- Telephone type

- detailed problem description
